NO INJURIES DURING ARMED ROBBERY WITH SHOTS FIRED

On March 23, 2010, at approximately 6:25 p.m., the Adams County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of shot being fired inside the Plaza Latina, in the 7000 block of Pecos Street.

Three men, armed with handguns and a shotgun, entered the store and began shooting in what appears to be an attempted robbery. Approximately fifteen employees and five customers were in the business at the time of the incident. No injuries were reported.

The suspects are described as three Hispanic males wearing bandannas. One suspect was wearing baggy blue jeans and a blue jacket, one suspect was wearing a red and white jacket with a bandana over his face, the third suspect was swearing an orange sweater.

The suspects were associated with a white Ford Taurus.
