May 2010 is Foster Care Month in Adams County

The Adams County Board of Commissioners proclaimed May 2010 Foster Care Month in Adams County. The proclamation celebrates the compassionate foster parents who care for the approximately 300 children and teens in Adams County foster care per month, and seeks to raise awareness of the need for more foster and adoptive parents.
