Carbon Monoxide Build up Considered to be a Accident

Carbon monoxide builds up at the Brighton Recreation Center during some maintenance. Lack of proper ventilation was to blame. The incident caused 6 people in total to go to the hospital. The Recreation center as on now is safe. After the investigation was complete the Greater Brighton Fire Department have ruled the incident a accident.
