The city of Brighton is looking for volunteers to participate as Santa’s Elves during the Festival of Lights Parade to be held at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 11. Those interested in volunteering must attend an informational meeting and sign-up at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 12, at the Brighton Recreation Center, 555 N. 11th. All ages are encouraged to volunteer. High School students can receive community service hours for volunteering for this event.
