Adams County is looking forward to another successful Christmas tree recycling event this season. The county will accept trees for recycling from Adams County residents from Sunday, Dec. 26, 2010 through Sunday, Jan. 16, 2011 at the Adams County Regional Park & Fairgrounds, 9755 Henderson Road, Brighton (located one mile west of Hwy. 85 on 124th Ave.). Trees will be accepted from sunrise through sunset. Follow signs at the park to the self drop off site. There is no commercial tree recycling at the Regional Park. Ornaments, tinsel, garlands, flock and nails must be removed before dropping trees off and there is a limit of two trees per family.
