The Adams County Sheriff's Office is releasing the following information pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes 16-13-901 Through 16-13-905, which authorizes law enforcement agencies to inform the public of a sex offender’s release when the offender has been determined to be a sexually violent predator (SVP), and is subject to community notification. --CLICK HERE-- The purpose of this notification is to enhance public safety and protection. Vigilantism, or use of this information to harass, threaten, or intimidate any of the following people is criminal behavior and will not be tolerated: The offender; The offender’s significant others; and the Community Notification Team.
