By 9News.comCOMMERCE CITY - Walmart did not report a molestation allegation against Dr. Diego Posada four years before another family came forward with a similar claim, according to court documents obtained by 9Wants to Know.
The original allegation, made to Walmart in 2006, is outlined in internal company documents collected by Commerce City Police investigating a similar allegation made late last year.
Commerce City Police told 9Wants to Know Walmart did not report the 2006 allegation.
