Brighton Councilman Chris Maslanik Also Repeatedly Sued For Not Paying Suppliers, Subcontractors

BRIGHTON, Colo. -- A Brighton City Councilman who ran on a platform of restoring faith in government and who votes on how to spend millions of taxpayer money has been repeatedly sued for not paying his personal bills and is on a judicial diversion program after being charged with a felony, a CALL7 Investigation found.

Chris Maslanik, who was elected to the council in 2009, told the local paper during his campaign that he wants to serve the public and said: “People have been misled (by government), and they are tired of it.” Full Story Click Here...
