The Street Department announced that the traffic signals at 11th Avenue & Bridge Street are operating in temporary flash mode effective today, May 27, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. The signals flash to draw citizen awareness to their presence.The temporary flash mode will provide a yellow flash for Bridge Street and red flash for 11th Avenue. The flash mode will be in operation from today until June 1, 2011, when the signal will be set to operate on a normal cycle. Minor timing adjustments will be made if needed and as operations continue.
