Okay to flip off the cops???

35 year old Shane Boor was facing a charge of misdemeanor harassment after he flipped off a CSP officer making a traffic stop near C-470 and West Bowles Avenue. Boor explained to the officer he flipped him off "because you're thieves and you harass people."

The American Civil Liberties Union offered Boor free legal representation for his situation. The CSP has since dropped the case citing: "After reviewing the facts of the case, this incident does not support probable cause to sustain the charge of harassment as such actions under these circumstances are protected free speech," -CSP Chief James Wolfinbarger.
