At the May 11 meeting, the Board of Education approved a recommendation to direct the District's legal counsel to initiate the Superintendent's exit strategy. The following is an explanation of what the Board's action means:-By approving this recommendation, the District's legal counsel will begin negotiations with Dr. Chandler to potentially reach a separation agreement.
-Any potential agreement would require Board approval to become final.
-Dr. Chandler will continue implementation of the Adams 14 Strategic Plan until further notice.
The District remains committed to the work of advancing student achievement through research-based instructional strategies.
