The City of Brighton is currently seeking artists who are interested in having their artwork on display in the new City Hall building opening this fall at 500 South 4th Ave. The city will be displaying both short-term and long-term artwork in highly visible locations within the new City Hall. Artwork may include, but not limited to, painting, drawings, photography, and sculpture of various media. Artwork will be displayed throughout 2011 and 2012.
Artists or art groups interested in displaying their work may register by visiting the “Call for Artist Interest” link on the City of Brighton ’s website, www.brightonco.gov/egov/apps/action/center.egov. For more information, please call Laurie Maier, Eye for Artwork Committee Chair, at 303-655-2034. Those interested must provide their information by July 29 to be considered for participation.
