COMMERCE CITY ― On June 23, 2011 at about 5:00 p.m. officers were called to the scene of an accident that occurred at 6100 E. 64 Ave., 3 Amigos Tires. This business is an automotive tire service location.
A 15 year old male employee was driving a vehicle up onto ramps for service. A 27 year old male was standing in front of the ramp and was struck by the vehicle. The 27 year old male died from injuries sustained from being struck by the vehicle.
This incident is currently being investigated by the Commerce City Police Department. The name of the 27 year old male is not being released at this time.
