District Attorney Term Limits Initiative Petition Deemed Sufficient

Adams County Clerk and Recorder Karen Long has notified the proponent representatives today that the initiative petition to modify the term limits of the 17th Judicial District Attorney, submitted on June 14, 2011, to the Adams County Clerk and Recorder's Election Department is deemed sufficient.

I have determined this date, July 13, 2011, that the initiative petition for the extension of District Attorney term limits is deemed sufficient, pursuant to C.R.S. 1-4-1407(6).
