The annual Business & Investor Appreciation event celebrates the great things Commerce City business make happen in Commerce City, and recognizes specific businesses for their success and contributions to the community. Nominate your business or another Commerce City business by Friday, August 26.Nominations are now being accepted for the following awards:
C3ED Business of the Year Award –
This award recognizes a business that has achieved its objectives while implementing innovative growth strategies and improving the quantity or quality of services available to its customers.
C3ED Commerce City Company “On the Move” –
Companies that are on the move are expanding, experiencing high levels of growth, hiring employees, moving into Commerce City with significant employment or capital investment or directly meet a community need. In short, these companies are contributing in a positive way to Commerce City’s economy.
C3ED Entrepreneurial Spirit Award –
Successful entrepreneurs are the first step in the ladder to build a successful economy. This award recognizes an entrepreneur’s ability to take risks, persevere in the face of adversity and obstacles, and take a business vision to a business reality.
Pam Downs Lilac Award –
This special award recognizes a business professional, business employee(s), corporation, business, company or sole proprietor that has invested time and resources to build a “Quality Community” in Commerce City.
Award nomination deadline has been extended. Nominations must be received by Friday, August 26, 2011 to be considered.
