UE Compression, LLC, located in Commerce City at 6030 E 50th Ave. is growing and is making plans to consolidate and expand its operations into a new facility that will be constructed. The total estimated capital investment is $10.8 Million. In addition, the company expects to create nearly 60 new jobs.
UE Compression is requesting the Commerce City Existing Business and Job Creation Incentives for a project of economic development significance.
The estimated expenditure is $143,266, based on the stated estimated investment of $10.8 Million. Actual expenditure will be based on actual sales and/or use tax and fees and number of employees.
