BRIGHTON, Colo. – Tens of thousands of gallons of raw sewage backed up into two Brighton homes Monday, and the homeowners want to know who is responsible for the damage.
Eighteen inches of sewage flooded the basement of the Gress family home, getting into the vents and pouring out of the light fixtures before hitting the upper level.
