The arraignment for David Lange, the 39 year old former Brighton Collegiate High School teacher accused of misdemeanor child abuse has been moved to April 8th at 9am in the Adams County Court.The original arraignment was scheduled for March 4th.
The former board of the Brighton Collegiate High School fired David Lange from his staff position after allegations of misconduct with a 14 year old student surfaced.
The allegations included touching, kissing and a meeting at a movie theater.
Since 2006, there has been numerous allegations of BCHS teacher being accused of misconduct involving a student.
The school is currently under the control on the Public 27J school District.
