Trash Bash requires Brighton residents to drop off their items this year; limited pick-up service available

The city of Brighton will hold its annual Trash Bash for two weekends this year - April 29, 30 and May 1, and again May 6, 7 and 8. Due to limited resources, this year’s event will require residents to drop off their items between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. at the city’s Wastewater Treatment facility collection site, 325 North Kuner Road (go north from Bridge Street on Kuner Road to Brighton Street and follow the signs from there). A suggested donation of $10 will be accepted to help defray the cost of the service.

In addition, the city will provide pick-up service for those with special needs between May 3-5. To request pick-up, please call 303-655-2034.

Trash Bash service is for city of Brighton residents only and no commercial or industrial facilities will be allowed. A city of Brighton water bill or suitable proof of residence within the city and identification such as a driver’s license are required.
