The Sheriff’s Office received information from ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force) and the Denver Police Department that they had been receiving child pornography over the Internet from Harding. Detectives with the Adams County Sheriff’s Office obtained a Search Warrant for Harding’s residence. The search warrant was executed and Harding was contacted at his residence. Harding had a computer in his residence, which contained several pictures of child pornography. Harding was arrested, without incident, and booked into the Adams County Detention Facility where he is being held on a $100,000 bond.
Harding was convicted in the state of New York for Attempt Sexual Assault on a Child and Possession of Child Pornography which classifies him as a sexually violent predator.
