March 15, 2011–Anythink communications director Steve Hansen has resigned from the organization to pursue a new opportunity. His last day was Friday, March 11, 2011. His new position will be as communications consultant for Comcast Corporation, helping to develop and promote local digital programming for select markets.“Steve Hansen set a new standard for communications at Rangeview Library District,” says Anythink director Pam Sandlian Smith. “From signage to merchandizing to branding and marketing, Steve brought Anythink both local and national recognition. We wish him the very best in his next adventure.”
Anythink writer/editor Stacie Ledden has accepted the position of communications manager for the department. Ledden began her career at Anythink in October 2008 and helped launch the brand in 2009. She has been responsible for sustaining the Anythink voice for the district. Previous to her work at Anythink, she was an editor for a global newswire service and has over seven years’ experience working in media. She is passionate about libraries and sharing the Anythink story with the Adams County community and beyond.
