School District 27J Kindergarten Registration and Round-up set April 8

Parents of children who are going to be 5 years old by Sept. 15 may register them for kindergarten for the next school year. Parents also are invited to attend the neighborhood school’s Kindergarten Round-Up on April 8. (Each school’s specific time is listed below the school information.)


Call or go to the neighborhood school to get specific information on registration and Round-Up. Parents are encouraged to take advantage of this important opportunity. They will be able to meet other parents and children, meet the teachers and principal and visit the classroom.

Parents need to bring the child’s birth certificate, immunization records, social security number and proof of residency.
