Commerce City mourns worker killed in accident at Buffalo Run Golf Course

COMMERCE CITY – A city employee who was injured at Buffalo Run Golf Course on Tuesday has passed away at Denver General Hospital (DGH).

The worker, James Bohling, died at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday from injuries sustained in the accident. Bohling, 76, was a seasonal worker at the golf course for the past four years. He was transported to DGH on Tuesday where he was treated for his injuries.

A review is continuing to determine the cause of the accident.

The city asks residents to keep the family in their thoughts and prayers.
