Today, at about 12:30 p.m., Commerce City Police Officers responded to 13995 East 107th Ave on a report of a three-year-old male who had fallen from a second story window. When officers arrived, they found the child on the ground but conscious. He was transported by ambulance to a local hospital where his condition is unknown but was stable when he left the scene.Initial investigation revealed that the child was jumping on a bed which was close to an open second story window. The child accidentally fell through the screen of the window and then landed on the ground below. The child was supervised at the time of the incident.
Investigation is ongoing.
