The District Attorney's Office had the Critical Incident Team present their findings in the May 5th, 2010 Commerce City Police shooting which resulted in the death of Phillip Boldin and injuring Jennifer Perrin.
After review the evidence, the District Attorney has determined that no criminal charges should be filed against the Commerce City Police Officers who were involved.
