Gov. Bill Ritter has ordered that U.S. and Colorado flags be lowered to half staff at state and federal facilities throughout Colorado on Friday, Aug. 13, 2010, in honor of Marine Cpl. Max William Donahue, 23, of Highlands Ranch.Donahue was killed after being injured Aug. 6 in the Helmund Province of Afghanistan while in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.. His funeral service is scheduled for Friday in Highlands Ranch.
