Doug Darr for Sheriff

Families in Adams County are fortunate to have Doug Darr as our sheriff because his approach works. Darr's method of proactively engaging the public opens the lines of communication between neighborhoods and the Sheriff's Office. It is quite common to see Sheriff Darr, or one of his community liaisons, at neighborhood events and meetings. I believe this interaction helps reduce crime in our neighborhood because families and deputies are encouraged to discuss safety issues before they become major problems. For example, the Sheriff's Office increased patrolling and enforcement in parks near to our house simply because families in my neighborhood had the opportunity to express concerns about activities in these parks. We asked for help and Sheriff Darr delivered. Simply put, I believe our kids, our grandparents, and our property are safer because Doug Darr is Sheriff. Therefore, I support Doug Darr in his reelection as Adams County's Sheriff.
