UPDATE: The Larimer County Sheriff's Office said there's not enough evidence to support the claims and issued a false reporting summons to Trucker.
Former Brighton city council candidate Bob Tucker filed a criminal complaint against the current state attorney general John Suthers. Tucker claims he was assaulted by the attorney general at a pro-prop 101 event in Loveland. Tucker goes on to report that AG Suthers referred to him as "a hired thug."
Trucker is a spokesman for "Safe Streets Colorado" a organization supporting Proposition 102.
