According to the Colorado State Patrol, a unidentified woman was killed by being hit by a car at East 152nd Avenue and Picadilly Road earlier this evening. It is still unclear why the women would be out walking in such a rural area of unincorporated Adams County. The state patrol is still investigating the incident.
State Patrol says it has talked to at least one witness, but hopes to talk to others. Any witnesses or people who may have been in the area are urged to contact them at 303-239-4501.
