With assistance from the public, Brighton police have identified and arrested six adults who trespassed the Brighton Oasis Water Park on Friday, June 17, 2011, threw pool furniture into the pool, and added an unknown liquid, later identified as dish soap.Arrested in the incident were 20-year-old Augustus Meikle, of Hudson; 19-year-old Edgar Castro-Estrada, of Hudson; 19-year-old Scot Persichette, of Keenesburg; 21-year-old James Hirsch-Sparkman, of Keenesburg; 19-year-old Holly Prosser, of Hudson; and 19-year-old Joshua Sirios, of Keenesburg.
During the course of the investigation, it was revealed that not all of the suspects had participated in the damage to pool property, and they were charged accordingly: Prosser and Hirsch-Sparkman are charged with Acts Constituting Trespass; Sirios is charged with 2nd Degree Criminal Trespassing; Meikle, Castro-Estrada, and Persichette are charged with Criminal Mischief.
