The City of Brighton will host Ecofair 2011 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. this Saturday at the Brighton Cultural Center, located at 300 Strong Street in Brighton. The event is a great opportunity to recycle computers, cell phones, athletic shoes (no cleats), printer cartridges and eyeglasses. A paper shred sponsored by Valley Bank and Trust and the Greater Brighton Chamber of Commerce will also be available. More than 30 information booths, art and movies in the Armory and activities for the whole family will be on hand. Come and learn about the state of the environment, energy conservation and alternative energy.
