UPDATE: Adams County Board of Commissioners appointed Kathi Williams of Brighton to the RTD Board representing District K...The Adams County Board of Commissioners will announce its appointment to the RTD Board representing District K in public hearing on Wednesday, December 14, 9:30 a.m. at the Adams County Government Center Public Hearing Room 4430 S. Adams County Pkwy. Brighton, CO 80601.
When the vacancy was created for District K on the RTD Board, the Adams County Board of Commissioners was authorized to appoint the replacement as most of District K falls within Adams County. Last week, the commissioners interviewed six finalists from a pool of 16 candidates, and met in study session on Dec. 12 to consider their final selection. Their appointment will be announced tomorrow in public hearing.
The six finalists are:
- Richard Himmel, Thornton
- Paul Natale, Henderson
- David Rose, Brighton
- Charles Stevenson, Thornton
- Mark Walker, Thornton
- Kathi Williams, Brighton
