Another Woman Charged in Death of Four-Year Old

Adams/Broomfield County District Attorney Don Quick announced the filing of charges yesterday against a second individual regarding the death of a four year old boy in Commerce City.

Lana Roberts (DOB: 01/31/1964) was a second adult living in the residence with four year old Gabriel Andres Trujillo and Doris Becky Trujillo (charged last week with First Degree Murder F1 and Child Abuse Resulting in Death F2 in connection with Gabriel’s death). Roberts was charged with Child Abuse Resulting in Death (F2).

Roberts turned herself in to the Weld County Sheriff Friday evening.

All documents are currently under seal by court order to preserve the integrity of an ongoing investigation.
