South Adams fire truck collides with a SUV around 8pm tonight. Fire Truck was responding to a "house fire" which in the end turned out to be a smoking BBQ grill.
Accident took place at the intersection of Brighton Road and East 104th Way.
The SUV's driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. No firefighters were injured, but the fire truck had to be towed with significant damage.
Reported police plan to cite the SUV's driver with failing to yield to an emergency vehicle.
