Failure to Leave Premises and False Reporting

On October 3, 2009 at approximately 7:14 p.m., officers responded to 10867 Beeler Street reference a 911 hang up. On call back, a female advised she was in danger and was being held against her will.

Officers arrived on scene and attempted contact. There was no answer at the door and the female stopped answering her cell phone. Officers surrounded the residence and began ordering out the occupants over the loud speaker.

After several unsuccessful attempts to make contact with the occupants, the Special Services Unit was called out.

The Special Services Unit arrived and requested the occupants exit the residence. After receiving no answer, the Special Services Unit made entry through the front door.

A female was removed from the residence and was taken to a safe location. She would not cooperate with officers or give information about what had taken place.

A male was located inside the residence, and was also taken into custody without incident.

The male and female were arrested and taken to Commerce City Police Department on charges of Failure to Leave Premises and False Reporting. Both parties were taken to Adams County Jail.
