COMMERCE CITY – The city’s Economic Development Division, in partnership with the Commerce City Business and Professionals Association, will host a panel of retail trade experts on April 23. The event is open to the public and panel members will discuss the current economic climate, existing retail market, and the future of retail expansion in Commerce City .
Panel experts include:
* Moderator: Mark Goldberg, Goldberg Properties
* Existing Commerce City retailer: Steve Oliver, 7-11
* Grocer: Kim Sims, Sunflower Farmers Market
* Commercial real estate broker: Matthew DeBartolomeis, CB Richard Ellis
* Developer: John Kilrow, Shea Properties
* Lender: Dale Algrim, Colorado Business Bank
* Site selector: Mary Beth Jenkins, Laramie Company
The event will be Friday, April 23 and begin at 7:30 a.m. at the Civic Center Council Chambers, located at 7887 E. 60th Ave.
