Gov. Ritter's final state budget plan to include $320 million cuts by June 2010.
Reported, Ritter's plan will include the elimination of up to 266 state employees and cuts to medical programs and prison services.
Budget will be in the hands of the legislature's Joint Budget Committee for review.
Ritter has the authority to make most of the cuts, but some proposals, including a new fee for gun buyers, will need legislation.
