COMMERCE CITY - A family's claim their daughter was sexually assaulted in an eye clinic inside his store wasn't reported to local police. Now, Walmart admits the store manager is still working for the company, despite its initial claim to the contrary.The store manager at the time of the 2006 incident is still working for Walmart, the 9Wants to Know investigators have learned.
Dr. Diego Posada, who worked at the All Eyes On You vision care center inside the Commerce City Walmart, faces a criminal charge related to child pornography.
