COMING SOON: FOUNDATIONS ACADEMY, ANOTHER NATIONAL HERITAGE ACADEMY CHARTER SCHOOL

This is NHA’s year to plan and build its second academy in 27J. It will be located in the Northgate Community in Brighton. The school will be led by Principal Joe Hammond. Mr. Hammond and his family have relocated to Colorado so that they can be actively involved at Landmark until Foundations Academy is ready to open. We are confident that our neighboring Brighton community will greet them with open arms. The addition of Foundations Academy will strengthen the partnership that exists between NHA and 27J School District.

Foundations Academy will open its doors in fall, 2010. It will welcome about 450 students from kindergarten through fifth grade. The school will offer the same rigorous curriculum that is delivered at Landmark Academy. Furthermore, it will be built on the four NHA pillars, Parent Involvement, Student Responsibility, Moral Focus and Student Achievement.

Landmark is eager to welcome a sister NHA School to our area. We hope to be able to offer seats to the hundreds of families that are on our wait list.
