GOV. RITTER PARTICIPATES IN COLORADO NATIONAL GUARD CHANGE OF COMMAND CEREMONY

Gov. Ritter joined Colorado National Guard (CNG) Adjutant General H. Michael Edwards in a change of command ceremony for the Army National Guard at Infinity Park in Glendale today. Col. Dana Capozzella became the first woman commander of the Colorado Army National Guard, succeeding Brig. Gen. Thomas D. Mills, who is retiring.
